These terms are effective from 1 January 2025 and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Naz Interiors Design, part of the CF Group, provides professional interior design, bespoke fitout, luxury furnishing, and design consulting services across the UAE and India.

All service engagements are subject to separate project contracts agreed between Naz Interiors and the client. These Terms of Service apply to website use and general service enquiries. Specific project terms, timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements.

This website is provided for informational purposes about Naz Interiors and our services. You may browse and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

· Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission · Use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality · Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems · Use our brand, logo, or imagery without written consent

All creative work produced by Naz Interiors — including but not limited to interior design concepts, space plans, mood boards, 3D visualisations, technical drawings, specifications, and material selections — remains the intellectual property of Naz Interiors Design until full payment for the relevant services has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, usage rights to project-specific deliverables transfer to the client as agreed in the project contract. Naz Interiors retains the right to use project images and descriptions for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All interior design, fitout, furnishing, and consulting projects require:

· A signed project contract before any work commences · A deposit payment as specified in the project agreement · Written approval of design concepts before proceeding to execution phases

Client-requested changes after design approval may result in additional costs and revised timelines. Any such changes will be communicated in writing before implementation. Naz Interiors reserves the right to decline project changes that conflict with design integrity or regulatory requirements.

Naz Interiors shall not be liable for:

· Delays caused by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics providers · Delays or disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.) · Cost increases resulting from client-requested changes or scope modifications · Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

Our total liability in respect of any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
